Our health journal was designed with ease in mind, we have created it from our twelve month template. This makes it super simple to navigate through with over 15,000 links, you can easily click through to daily logs, weekly and monthly overviews.
The daily log is a robust tracker. It includes places for medications, mood, food, vitals, sleep and more. Each month there is a mood tracker for you to easily see how you were feeling over the month. The weekly overviews allow you to summarize your week.
There are 4 included sections: Appointments, Procedures, Self Care and Tests.
